Baby Teeth

Jack lost his first baby tooth tonight. And I must say it was quite the ordeal.

He was freaking out because I "wiggled" it a little harder than he was and it started to bleed. He wasn't crying and whining because it hurt him but because it was bleeding and it tasted gross. At that point it was just hanging on be a thread. He was talking wierd, holding his bottom jaw out, and nursing it. We sat down to watch a movie and he must have pushed on it with his tongue. We looked over and it was almost completely out. We told him to just take it out of his mouth. So he took it and pulled it out the rest of the way...totally freaked out the entire time...lol. He did, and we all cheered and clapped.

He is so excited. He has been waiting to lose his a tooth for a long time. (I took a picture I will post it tomorrow.) Aww..my baby. I cried. He is getting so big!

School Days

We are back into the school day routines.  Things are busy with new schedules, me working and four kids playing soccer.  I have decided to call my morning and afternoon driving routine, "The Bus Route".  It is crazy! Getting kids and myself to three different places some mornings.  Then after school we have soccer practices. None of which are at the same time or place. 

Our new morning routine board is really helping with managing all the kids getting ready in the morning. They have all taken to it and are doing a great job in the mornings! 

ABC Pre-School

I took a job at our church pre-school.  I have been working for the last two weeks. There has not been any kids yet, we are just preparing the classroom and lesson plans.  Tuesday will be my first day with kids.  I will be teaching middle threes.  Our school meets on Tuesday's and Thursdays from 9-3.  The girls will be able to attend the program for half price and get some interaction with other kids.  It is a win-win.  

I must say I am nervous about working and having to "answer to a job" again! I am really looking forward to the adult interaction. I love the people that I work with!
